Payment is due according to the terms specified in your agreement.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software customizations, and materials provided by Celestial Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their business data and customer information entered into the system.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of Services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client data, and proprietary systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Celestial Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate Services with written notice, subject to the terms in the service agreement.
Upon termination, your access to certain tools, automations, or accounts may be revoked.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
